Friends,

After a year of trying hard we have had little results from NaturalLifeStock. We closed it down today. sad.gif

Here are the details:

http://www.naturallifestock.com/

Unfortunately, the competition is overpowering, and image buyers have little interest in startup stock agencies.
I want to thank everyone who worked with us on this experiment.
Regards,
Sir Digital Darrell the 22nd

I got in on the deal quite late, but thank you for the opportunity and for selecting my images.

Forget about the technical stuff sometimes. Don't concentrate so much on histograms, 8-bit, 16-bit, JPEG/Raw, Adobe RGB vs. sRGB etc... Concentrate on what you're seeing, take better photos and that stuff won't be as crucial. - Matt Kloskowski

It was not for lack of trying.

Thanks for the opportunity.

I am surprised there has not be more consolidation in the more "established" stock sites yet, as general happens with new internet based industries.

I still have strong sales on istock, shutterstock, and some sales on Fotolia, but BigStock, Dreamstime, and featurepics have dried up completely. No sales at all on them in months.

Thanks for the effort and giving us an outlet for our under appreciated landscape shots!

This offer to purchase images was published on another site I am on. I know nothing further about the firm so obviously use the usual care and read any small print!:-
