Visiting the Burgers' Zoo in Arnhem tomorrow...

Hoping to get some fine images of the animals and aquarium fish species they have there. Never been there but apparently it is the best zoo in The Netherlands.

Will be taking the following equipment along:

D300 with Nikkor AF-S 70-200mm f/2.8G lens attached (+TC14E-III if needed)

D810 with Nikkor AF-S 24mm f/1.4G lens attached (specifically for aquarium photography)

 

Hope to share images with you from my outing...

Took quite a few images. Here's a couple of fishy shots taken under difficult circumstances as it was overall very dark, very thick glass especially for the main section holding a mere 8 million litres. Reflections were a major issue as one often could not get right up to the glass...

 

All images were taken wide open at f/1.4
