I have always been fond of Wind Driven Water Pumps but sadly, there are few in operation these days. One would think they would be in high-demand what with the increased interest in alternate forms of energy driven by the wind.

I decided to work in Photoshop's Oil Paint Mode with this image.

This is my first time working with the method (Oil Paint) in Photoshop. At first, I was not impressed but as I manipulated the controls, I found that the texture range was quite wide so, I kept fooling with it until it looked like a watercolor or soft oil.

I will have to keep working with this feature.
