Thanks for the tip, I did run Dfine2 on the image. This has become part of my routine with some images. It is an excellent product for reducing some of the noise junk in an image.
Because I went HDR, the detail (grain or noise) accentuated. This was the best I could come up with. I did try another trick I use on images like this below.... BLUR TOOL in Photoshop. Set it to 100% and run it over the sky portion.

I left it as you see it in the original post because it reminded me of a Kodak, late in the day sunlight saturated image with some film grain evident.
