Back in September pre-photokina FujiFilm presented the successor of the Fuji S3Pro - the Fuji S5Pro which again will be a cooperation between Nikon and Fuji. This time they choose the Nikon D200 body but added some "improvements" including the - from the S3Pro - well known fuji sensor with further tweaking. That i guess was the only disappointment i heared from the fuji communities as they expected ... whatever :)

Here is what LetsGoDigital has to say about the new fuji S5Pro: preview
Cheers

Good Post Virgil! I still own and use my Fuji S7000. (It;s not a Fuji Pro DSLR)! My photostore guru (A Nikon Guy) is always telling me about Fuji's Super CCD technology. B)

Last week i got in touch with my Fuji-guy but he basically said nothing (from his behaviour iīd say cos he didnīt know anything). Guess weīll have to wait until Q1 2007.
Cheers
