Nice capture Pete. I don't envy those guys...I have worked at height up poles or towers...as soon as you get 3-4 metres off the ground it is so much colder and these guys have snow and ice .

Fortunately in Denver, most of the days are 50-60 degrees and sunny. We do have a few cold and snowy ones though.
