I went out again this morning and found a bunch of GBH's out and about. It was low tide and they usually gather at that time. D500...200-500...hand held. Jeff

Very nice Jeff. A lot of our ponds and small lakes have dried up, we are in a drought, again. A lot of the birds are not here this year.

Jeff, how are you liking the D500 and 200-500 lens combo so far? The pics look great! Are you using a polarizer on the lens?

Thanks Stan. I really like the D500/200-500 combo. I don’t have a polarizer on the lens yet, but I plan on getting one. I just have a clear filter in it now to protect the glass. Jeff
