Normally in October , we have our virtual walk. But, this year I thought we can have a scavenger hunt instead. So, first, the picture.

Next the rules.

1) You need to capture a predominate color. All one color doesn't work here, it needs to be some image with a dominant color. Like in this first post, to start things off, the predominate color is yellow.

2) The next post must use one of the letters of the preceding post to use and the next predominate color. So, post two can use all the letters of yellow, except it can not use the color yellow. For example, let's say two people decided to use the letter O. The first to post a color starting with that letter O sets the stage for the next choice of colors.  So, it is also a bit of a race.

3) One can not use the same color to follow, but that doesn't mean several post later that color can't be used. The next post to this can not use the color yellow. But, it can be used later.

4) Use google to search for color idea's. Like in this example, O could be Olive or Onyx etc. In addition to the image, state the color.

5) Any processing (this is a clue).

6) Any lens and any camera.

7) Have fun.

Lets see how many posts we can rack up with this one.

Thanks, Dennis.

OK, I will start.

A dreary day in Downtown Toronto.

What you see are one of those articulated street cars Toronto is famous for. We are in the middle of rainy, lousy weather until early next week.  Best I could do! Taken with my iPhone.

I would say the predominant colour is RED?

Nice Art.

You should read the directions all the way to the end.  :P  :D   B)

For all the other the next color should be from the letters R E D.

In Art's photo, the foreground is the predominate color... shades of gray. But, that ain't right cause there is no "G" in "yellow." There is no "R" in yellow so red is incorrect. I think the photographer must state their letter and color. (Art)
