I may have left out one or two but this is the bulk of what runs on my PC.  Needless to say, it requires a lot of processing power!

Speaking only for myself, I don't mind your posts at all.  As a bit of an aviation/space junkie, I enjoy reading them.  I'm seriously blown away by the quality of the graphics.  After looking at your above list, I can understand why.

Very impressive. I remember one of the reasons I wanted a Commodore 64 so badly was to run subLOGIC's Flight Simulator II. We have come a long was since then.

Flight to the City of Magic

 

Our A320 British Aiways flight is parked at Teminal 5 (gate 512), London Heathrow Airport (EGGL), UK with the destination being Václav Havel Airport Prague (LKPR), Czech Republic.

This is an actual scheduled flight of approximately 1.5 hours.  Cruising altitude is 35,000ft (FL350). The weather is calm but with considerable cloud cover.

So fasten your seatbelt and... let's fly!

Scene during the pushback sequence. At this time our engines are spooling up one by one

 

Taxiing after having gained clearance via ATC (Air Traffic Control)

 

London Heathrow is always a hive of activity

 

After Tower approval we are cleared for takeoff from runway 27R (270 degrees, right-hand side)

 

Our aircraft takes to the skies above initially requiring us to climb to 7,000ft (FL70) and thereafter in stages till we reach 35,000ft (FL350)

 

Heading into the cloud cover

 

We can see the Thames estuary below as we head towards Dover for our very brief channel crossing

 

It's only a very short hop across the channel as we can already see the coast on the other side of the channel (Belgium)

 

We continue over Belgium

 

After Belgium, we cross the border into Germany

 

Finally, we are flying over Czech territory

 

The bright lights of Prague appear through the clouds

 

 

 

Lining up for our approach to runway ILS24 (24 degrees)

 

Our altitude is slightly to high at this but is soon corrected

Arriving at our assigned gate 23

 

 

Unfortunately, the gates were not operational and therefore passengers had to leave the aircraft by stairway and transported onwards by bus to the terminal

 

Now there's plenty of time to explore the beautiful City of Prague!

Hi - Yesterday I made an attempt to compile a full flight video (unedited) of the low cost carrier EasyJet from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to Liverpool, UK. Based on an actual flight.
All went reasonably well with exception to the taxiing activities at both airports (I definitely need to refer to airport charts!).
Normally, you would see more activity displayed such as crew / passengers, baggage / cargo handling, catering trucks, fuel trucks, etc but that would simply make the video too long.
Anyway, the main aim is to give you an idea...
Get ready to immerse yourself in a virtual environment and enjoy!

Magical Northern Lights!
 
Just completed a short domestic flight using a Scandinavian Airlines (latest livery) Airbus A320 from Kirkeness (ENKR) to Tromso (ENTC) in the very north of Norway.
Daylight hours at this time of the year are very much in short supply. Temperatures were at sub-zero which is to be expected.
Now fasten your seatbelt and lets fly...

Due to the low temperature, we are first required to go through the de-icing procedure

As there is no separate taxi lane, we access the actual runway so as to eventually make a U-turn for our departure

You can't beat the detective team of  me and Mark ... I googled 'Jetblue routes'... Boston, New York (they seem to fly to/from them a lot)... seemed most likely so google earth and the terrain matched for Boston... the other end of the flight might have taken a lot longer to find ...

Yup.  Peter and I are good. 

 

My process was a bit different from Peter's.  I know that Jet Blue is a US carrier, with lots of flights on the US east coast.  That narrowed it down.  In Google Earth, the terrain didn't match New York or the SE US.  Boston, however, was a perfect match.  As Peter suggested, the other end of the flight might have been much harder to figure out.
