Last week I jioned a group from the Travel Section of the New Brighton Club on a train trip to Greymouth and Hokitika... a night in Greymouth then back home to Christchurch the next day... here are a few of the 300 odd photos :D... a lot of them taken from the 'observation' car... a bit breezy and cool in the mountains but clear views...

Love the observation car, wish we had that here!

A little cool and breezy Art... especially cool in the mountains... and a bit smoky in the many tunnels (16) :rolleyes: :D
