Our visit to the NK’MIP Desert Cultural Centre was one of the highlights of our visit to the Osoyoos area.  This is an interpretive centre, operated by the Osoyoos Indian Band.  There is also a network of walking trails through a 1,600-acre desert conservation area.

Unfortunately, we arrived so late in the day that we had to limit our visit to the interpretive centre.  However, we were very impressed and plan to return soon.

Thanks for looking, everyone.  :)

Nice shots Mark.

Thanks, Dennis.

Thank you, Peter.  It is a cool place, and the Osoyoos Indian Band has put a lot of work into both walking trails and education.  :)
