Thanks for having me.

I'm from sunny Arizona and enjoy doing some amateur photography as time allows it.  I've been learning for the past year and really enjoy everything that others have so graciously given as advice, critique and guidance.  Hopefully I can get some more of that here, and be able to contribute as well.

Gear, well... currently my collection looks like this (although it's evolved drastically):

Nikon D7100

Nikon 17-55mm f/2.8 AF-S G IF-ED DX

Nikon 18-140mm f/3.5-5.6 AF-S G ED DX VR

Tokina 100mm f/2.8

Rokinon 8mm f/3.5 Fisheye CS-II

Nikon 28mm f/2.8 Series E

Nikon 50mm f/1.8 AI

Greetings, I just got the D7100 and love it.  In 2008 the wife and I did our "Great Southwest Adventure".  Flew to Phoenix, a night in Sedona, a night in the Grand Canyon, a night at Holbrook, then over to Las Cruces, where our daughter was in school, and after 4 days it was back to Phoenix and home.

Sounds like a good trip to me!  Not sure if this is the correct place to ask this, but when posting an image are there are guidelines to dimension/size limitations?  I couldn't find anything globally, and only saw mention of it on one individual board so I want to make sure.  Thank you!

Images to be posted should be limited to 800 px long side.  If you have the settings handy it is always good to post that.

It was, I still go back into the files occasionally and pull an image for reworking.
