I picked up a bargain Minolta SRT 102 and Vivitar 35-85 2.8 from KEH and tried it out. It was the first time I tried SFX film. After shooting the car show, I ran some test shots in my back yard with 25 red and R72 IR filters trying to get the infrared effect. I did not notice much of an IR effect with either filter.I didn't even keep those negs-they were just test shots. I did keep the car show images :) Here they are. The show was held at a business that restores and sells classic cars and most were inside. These were shot with a polarizing filter.

Nice series.

Thanks, Dennis.

Thanks. This film has a nice grain and texture to it. I like it even though I couldn't get much of an IR effect with the filters. But it's kinda expensive-almost as much as a roll of color slide film.
