Not much you can do, the City has come out to talk to them.  They don't care. I have seen them both, one looks a little "troubled", the other is just a privileged idiot in a BMW SUV.  Jason knows them way better than I do, he has run into them a number of times.  There is no talking to them.

Unfortunately, you're right.

The D40 only has 3 focus points, and that means focus and recompose on almost every shot.

Like we used to have do, before everything went digital?  ;)

Very good series, Bill.  Well done.  :)

Very nice images, Art.

As for your second paragraph, are they nuts?  A couple of years ago, one small town (Creston) in southeast British Columbia, had a problem with aggressive deer right in the middle of town.  I never heard how they took care of the problem, but there were several reports of deer charging people and small pets.  There is a reason why they are described as "wild".  <_<

#263831 l wanted a smaller tripod....

Posted by Sailjunkie on 04 February 2020 - 01:56 PM

l mainly bought this for using with my mirrorless Canon M50. The D7100 and lenses are probably too heavy for something like this.

I appreciate the heads up.  If a D7100 is probably too heavy for it, a D810 will definitely be too heavy.  <_<

Peter, I'm sure he's preparing his beard for his role as Father Christmas 2020!

Art, are these rumours true?

Your friend did an excellent job.  Very nice image.  :)

I have also found, you cannot argue or discuss in any form of civil way with either the Birders or the Baiting Photographers, as both, in my books are nutjobs.

You can also add runners and bicycle couriers to that list.  I'd better stop, now.  <_<

Nice image, Herman.

To me, it looks like he was asking:  "And what do YOU want?"  :)

#263758 DENNIS SMITH has NOTHING on me!

Selfies?  :o  :o  :o

OMG!  Not going there!

If truth be told, Art, a beard looks better on you than on Trudeau.  For him, it just confirmed that he dyes his hair.
