Last night... the skies in N. CA were crystal clear without any thermal air effects. The Moon was bright at 93% illumination, prefect for imaging.
Camera: D800E coupled to a Focal Reducer/Field Flatterner in the Draw-Tube of an 80 mm Triplet APO f/6 Refractor. Mounted atop a Celestron AVX Equatorial Mount. Exp-Values- 1/2500 sec @ f/6, ASA-200. PP Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop.
