I have a D4 and D200. I'm on the fence on what I want to do. I got the RB67 for getting away from it all. And, I'm interested in medium format. I'm selling more of my landscapes, so I was thinking of upping the game with a larger sensor. But, really, I'm coming from a D4 world.
Now the D850 is rather interesting. while it isn't medium format, it is a big file. Samples show that it will fill the bill for big landscape prints.
Focus stacking, electronic shutter, time lapse. All things I want to do.
Has D5 AF. Seems to do ok for low light.
I could run it in DX mode and it will be a D500 performer for wildlife. Yeah, 1 meg difference, so. So, my 300/f4 will be a 450mm, and with a 1.4x 630.
I have a lot of lenses that will fit and work on it.
So, I'm on the fence on it.
