I picked up an old Jupiter 8 lens to use on the Fuji a week or three back and have been carrying it in my bag ever since shooting random stuff with it. The sharpness isn't perfect and the contrast is quite gentle - the polar opposite of my Fuji glass - but it does have a rather appealing render and it is an absolute joy to use.

We were sitting in a cafe this afternoon and as the light was nice on went the Jupiter and I rattled off a few frames of the kids relaxing and drawing. These were shot raw but ALL I have done is reduce the size and output sharpen them - no tweaking - no adjustments - nothing.
The Fuji does have a knack of producing rather lovely files if left to do its thing but in these its all about the old glass...

Beautiful soft light!

Not sure about the funky circles on the last two.

Lovely

Thanks, Dennis.
