As most of the members here I have been infected with NAS for sometime.  What I didn't know was that this infection spreads... I now suffer from a multitude of xAS infections.

Last year a severe case of GAS...  yes I have GAS, Guitar Acquisition Syndrome.  Three guitars in 6 months, an amp, mic, set-up a rehearsal station and been playing at Open Mic Nights.

TAS started about 4 months ago when I bought a new table saw.   That has led to several auxiliary additions, blades, bits, clamps etc.  But it has been put to good use,

New Kitchen  cabinet doors,

A rack to hold my guitar cases

Not to mention CoAS (Computer) picked up an HP workstation which is much faster than my old Gateway.

If I'm not building things for the house (keeps the bride happy) I'm building jigs/storage for the shop, furniture for the house.  Currently have three projects in mind.

And of course NAS reared its ugly head and I purchased a 24-120 f4. (All photos taken here are with the new lens)

I will be working for a while...

Oh dear, Cliff!

You seem to have been hit bad!  :o   However, all of that cabinetry suggests that there is one very pleasant possible side effect of TAS:  Happy Wife = Happy Life.  ;)

Dennis, 12 string Taylor 150e, 2 six string Ovations, a thinline Ibanez classical and the Hohner you see in the background.  Next to my son I'm a wimp.  9, over half are Gretsch.

Mark, The cabinet doors have been promised for a couple of years and was the precipitous for getting the saw.  The boot trey she saw in a catalog and was quick to put together.  (Similar version retails for $229, I have less than $40 invested)

Right now I am re-purposing the old kitchen drawers under the benches in my shop.  Then going to make night stands with pull out shelf for my CPAP.  Stained to match the new bedroom set we recently bought.

Yes for many of us there's no permanent cure for xAS. The only temporary medication for it is an empty wallet.

Beautiful work on those kitchen doors.  Kitchen doors are outrageously priced, so look at the bright side, you are probably way ahead of the money curve and probably broke even, only with all these new toys.

Well done!
