Its a sorry state of affairs for photographers.

I am in full agreement with not feeding bears, skunks (yes, there is a local idiot who is feeding skunks and deer by hand), etc.  Birds, I always considered need more help than what they get and seed isn't hurting them.  Bread on the other hand ...

I heard from a local that Hendrie Valley, over the weekend, was more crowded than a Toronto downtown street!  Parking lot was jammed with cars!  That is nice .... so, the bottom line is..... I think.... as more people flood to parks .... guess what typically moves away.

I don't know what to think, honestly.  I am really surprised, however.

I was at Hendrie Valley today .... here is another kick in the teeth to nature photography at this great marsh!

Apparently, what happened was, someone was coming to the boardwalk with a bucket of seed.  They were leaving little piles of seed everywhere, on the boardwalk and the handrails.

However good intentioned, it pissed off someone and now you can't bring seed any more!  Not sure if this can hold up, it is not a city bi-law. The Royal Botanical Gardens are a private business if I am not mistaken and I have no idea how they got control of the marsh!

Will have to make a few phone calls.

I like it.  Well done.

I think you hit the nail on the head with this.  It could easily be the cover of a Wine Magazine.  I like everything about it.
