Just spent a terrific time sailing the Eastern Caribbean. Shots are from San Juan (first stop of three). Really gave my new AF-S DX Zoom-Nikkor 12-24mm f/4G IF-ED a workout. Lighting went from good to not so good during our walking tour of old San Juan but was still able to capture some keepers.

Thank you all.

Castillo San Felipe del Morro has been on my "bucket list" for a while because it was the inspiration for the Disney Imagineers when designing The Pirates of the Caribbean attraction at Disney World. So it was neat to see the "original".

I never thought I would be much of a "cruiser" but after two cruises I am beginning to really like that kind of vacation.
