Scene at the historical town of Maastricht located in the very south-eastern part of the Netherlands.

The River Maas is an extremely busy and important waterway.

Nice.

Is the homes by the riverside expensive?

Thanks, Dennis.

Thanks, Dennis.  Yes they generally do sell at a considerable premium as opposed to properties without the view.
