If you've been looking for a Tokina 11-16 f2.8 for a nikon, then you know how hard it is to find these in stock and for a reasonable price. My lens from adorama just arrived after shipping yesterday (I prepayed) and I just got an email from BH saying that had stock. The price from BH is NOW $599, it was $569 like Adorama's current price. I just checked and adorama says it's out of stock still, but if you prepay, they will ship them right as soon as they come in stock. I waited 2 weeks. BTW, these lenses are selling on ebay for $650+. I wouldn't be surprised to see adorama raise their price since BH did..

OK gdogg, let's see some post.

Yeah, I had the 12-24 f4 and loved it, so I'm expecting to really love this lens due to the f2.8.

OK, great - glad you're in love with a lens you don't even have yet. Let's see some images already! I'm practically drooling here! Mule

You may have mis-read the post. "My lens from adorama just arrived after shipping yesterday (I prepayed)" Mule, I have posted photos from this lens. It is, in my opinion, as good as they say.

Yeah, I've got the lens. Shipping from bh and adorama is always next day for me. :) I haven't had time to take anything worthy of a photograph yet, only clicked a few off.
