No Charles the best we can think of is it is very remote 25 miles of dirt road mostly single lane and this camp site has a very narrow path they call a road to it so when they were bulldozing the area for the lake(man made) some kind of tracked vehicle lost a tread and it was easier to leave it vs carting it out. Over time the tree just grew over it. The main camp was built in 1916 then expanded in 1964 so this has to be from some time between 1916 and 1964.
