OK all we all love BW photography but here's the twist lets see the color photo along with the BW photo. I think this will be fun to see both and be able to decide which one we like better.

As usual anything that can take a photo.

Jim

Bill, I really like the composition, but I respectfully disagree with your preference.  In the B & W image, the bird blends in with the background.  Increased contrast or dodging could fix that, but I thought your exposure was good to start with.  In the colour image, the bird stands out nicely.  :)

Nice, Bill.  However, I think the colour version does it true justice.  Just me.  :)

Here's my entry for this month. Mountain Bluebird. I converted the pic in Silver Efex Pro 2. The conversion is called Dark Sepia. It's the one I liked best out of the choices. Jeff

This bronze sculpted scene is located on the exterior doors of Our Lady of Sorrows Roman Catholic Church, Toronto. The sculpture is called 'Quis ut Deus' ('Who is like God?') and was made by the Italian scupltor, Ernesto Lamagna. The concept design was based on Revelations 12:7-9.
