Nice photos Art ... I had a play with a 300PF last year at a PSNZ conference... pretty cool lens.

Nice Art, this lens does a good job on birds too. Its size and portability are great selling points.

Then I shouldn’t tell you my secret that I typically shoot about 50 images for every one good one, many are out of focus and those darn critters refuse to sit still long enough for me to depress the shutter!

And, that they play me for a fool. I will typically sit for an hour or two...waiting. As soon as I go in for a drink, they show up. As soon as I have the camera prepped and ready to shoot, they leave.

It is a constant cat and mouse game.

If only, the little buggers would sit still and pose for a photo! :D
