Greetings:

Besides my other hobbies, I enjoy Tying Flies for my fishing trips, and, the best time to tie is when its cold and raining outdoors.

This little gem is call a Humpy, it is designed to imitate a Mayfly... tied with Deer and Elk Hair, it is very buoyant and stays high on the water, a great candidate for fast moving streams and rivers.

Camera: D3, Tripod Mounted, W/105mm Macro. Incandescent lighting applied for effect. PP Adobe LR and Photoshop.

Enjoy,

Don

Nice. I got a nice vice for a Christmas present last year. Haven't played with it yet. You need to play with some focus stacking! Nice images..

Thanks for stopping by and your remarks.

If you don't use that vise, you will never know what your capable of tying. Focus Stacking...... I already have too much to do as it is.
