Recently taken whilst walking in an area known as Meijendel which is situated very close to The Hague.

The coastal dunes serve as a water catchment area (hence all the freshwater lakes) and sustain an abundance of wildlife.

B700 @24mm, aperture mode f/7.6 and lowest ISO-setting.

These are really nice shots Herman. Looks like the B700 is a good camera. Jeff

Thanks,Jeff. Yes, even though it has its limitations, I'm very pleased with it. Bought it specifically for my upcoming trip to South Africa as I will not be taking my dSLR gear with me.

Nice series, Herman.

While I like the contrasting colours in the first image, the third image is my fave.  I guess I'm just a sucker for seascapes.  I can't imagine why!  ;)

Very nice landscape, Herman.

The 3rd image could be a painting!

Very nice series Herman. My wife and I have pencilled in our trip for the first week and a half of October. Hope to hit Amsterdam, Dordrecht, Utrecht, Gouda and the coast near Den Hague at the Grand Hotel Amrath Kurhaus.
