Three total losses in the playoffs, amazing team!

I don't want to lose one on the road just to be able to win it at home. I'm greedy and want a sweep!  :D

I think it's best not to let the Dodgers build up any momentum.

#256910 Are sales stats available showing overall numbers per camera model?

Posted by Leaviathan on 11 October 2018 - 03:52 PM

I've been searching high and low for a website that shows total sales by each camera company showing the numbers for every DSLR sold. It would be interesting to see the top 10-20 Nikon DSLR's ever sold. Total numbers for every model marketed and sold by Nikon and possibly all companies, does such a database exist?

A cell phone photo I took today, I honestly see more Turkeys every day than I do Bluejays or Robins. Some big ones too!

#256439 Planet Nikon Official: Nikon Mirrorless Announcement and information

Posted by Leaviathan on 17 September 2018 - 05:33 PM

Another factor is cost, lets say someone just starting out can afford a D3xx kit and they want to go mirrorless. Right now Nikon does not offer anything in that price range but Olympus, Fuji, Sony(blah) does and I guess so does  Canon with its APS EOS M.

You just hit the nail on the head of where I am, right now the Fuji XA-5, X-T100 and X-T20 are in my range, for what I do I can't justify spending more. I love Nikon but this recent Mirrorless endeavor is clearly aimed at appeasing the Pro's. Perhaps in the next few years they'll put out some lower tier models.

A couple more from yesterday, the 1/200 shutter was more than enough to freeze the water droplets

These are JPEGs straight out of my Fuji XE2 in the BW mode. No PP except top resize for PN. My camera was set up -2 NR, +1 Sharpening, JPEG Fine, ISO 800, f2.8 to f4. Lens was the incredible 18-55 f2.8-4 OIS shot hand held between 18 and 55mm.
